The unlock

Designing, saving and the Size wizard are free. Downloads, and exporting or importing a design file, need a one-time unlock bought in the app. There is no subscription.

To get it back on a new Mac, or after a reinstall: open Sleeve Maker, then the Sleeve Maker menu, then Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Opening a 3MF

A 3MF opens in the app your Mac has set for that file type, such as Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer. To change it: select a 3MF in Finder, press Command-I, pick the app under Open with, and click Change All.

Requirements

A Mac with a current macOS. A 3D printer and platinum-cure silicone are not included.
